Spend 2 hours in the pool, then take a quick break to shower and change before 20 mins of swimming-specific stretching. We’ll wrap up with time for questions and discussion.
Notes:
You must be able to swim 200m (the pool is 25m long) without stopping or resting to attend this bootcamp.
Bring any swim training gear you have - fins, snorkel, bands. All are great, but not necessary.
