Whether you're preparing for a triathlon, a long-distance swim, or simply looking to improve your open water skills, this session provides individualized attention with a focus on injury prevention.

We’ll cover essential techniques for open water swimming, including sighting, stroke efficiency, kick patterns, and breathing strategies.

This is not a learn-to-swim session.
Open to swimmers ages 12 and up who can swim at least 200m without resting.
