Learn the basics of the dolphin kick, timing, and body rhythm, helping build a strong foundation. From drills that boost technique, to tips that enhance confidence in the water, this bootcamp is all about making butterfly accessible and fun.
Bring any swim training gear you have - fins and snorkel are great, but not required.
