Aqua Therapy (Registered Program)
Aqua Therapy is a beginner aquatics fitness class for people with limited mobility. A great class for people recovering from knee and hip surgery. This is a popular treatment for patients with neurologic and musculoskeletal conditions. The goals of this therapy are muscle relaxation, improving joint motion and reducing pain.
